Arrival and departure
Your suite and car parking space will be ready for you from 3pm on the day of arrival. On checkout day, we kindly ask that you vacate both your room and parking space by 11am. If you’d like to explore the area before or after your stay, please let us know, and we’d be happy to provide information on local parking options.
Accessibility
Padstow Townhouse is located in a Grade II Listed Building in the narrow side streets of Padstow. We welcome guests of all abilities but advise that our building offers a number of practical challenges for wheelchair users and disabled visitors, including entrance through an 88cm sized door, and a narrow entrance corridor. Due to the historic nature of the building and its location in the centre of the town, there is no public parking outside the building, and limited parking for guests to the exterior in our gravelled car park. Padstow Townhouse has bedrooms on three floors, but does not have a lift. The two Ground Floor rooms are spacious and offer ensuites, but do not have disabled toilet facilities, the doors into these suites are 73cm wide (Popcorn Suite) and 76cm wide (Rhubarb and Custard Suite). Little ones and canine friends
We are delighted to be able to welcome families and children over 4 years. Additional beds can be added to the rooms. Our suites are spacious and ideal to share with little ones, with little touches made to make them feel just as welcome as our grown up guests. If you would like to add any additional children, please let our team know and we can add the sum of £40 per child, per night to your bill.
When making your reservation please let our Guest Relations team know how many additional beds you’ll need (maximum 2). All children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their stay.
We believe that dogs are family too, and have two dog-friendly, ground floor suites (Rhubarb & Custard, and Popcorn). We welcome a maximum of two dogs per room. Both Caffe Rojano and The Mariners welcome canine companions, so there’s no need to leave them behind. Please see our full dog-friendly policy which is available on request. If you would like to add a dog to your booking, please let our team know and we can add the sum of £25 per dog, per night to your bill.
Dining
Experience Cornwall and enjoy the full dining experience at Paul Ainsworth at No6, cocktails and pintxos in Ci Ci’s Bar, or Mediterranean cooking at Caffè Rojano, or traditional pub classics at The Mariners Public House. If you would like to dine with us, we highly recommend booking your table when making your Townhouse reservation. Our team are on hand to provide assistance before and during your stay.
Please note that Paul Ainsworth at No6 and Ci Ci’s Bar are open Tuesday to Saturday. Both Caffè Rojano and The Mariners Public House are open seven days a week!

To secure your stay we require your card details, you will be charged the full amount of your stay 3 days prior to your arrival. Please note this is non-refundable. We are able to accept Visa and MasterCard payment. We do not accept American Express. If you need to alter your room reservation up to 72 hours before your arrival, we will make every effort to accommodate a transfer to an alternative future date, subject to availability. Please kindly note, however, that as our rooms are individually priced and our rates are subject to seasonal changes. This may result in an increase in the price you will pay. We are able to make reservations 12 months in advance.
If you cancel your room booking within 72 hours of arrival, the full room rate will be retained.
